Background

When contacting Withclarity, the client will speak directly to me. I will be carrying out the work and I will be responsible for all aspects of the work from start to finish. From 1990 to 2002 I worked in the aerospace industry where I concentrated on implementing noise prediction methods after graduating with a PhD in acoustics. From 2003 to 2007 I worked for a local Devon district council in the last three years of which I worked in web development. My role was to improve the performance of the council's content managed websites and add facilities to them. In January 2007 I won a staff recognition award for improving the ranking of the council's site in Sitemorse. Sites are ranked on performance, accessibility, code quality and function. Out of all district council web sites my council's web site was ranked top in Devon and remained in the top 5 of the 48 councils in the South West for the last 6 months of my contract which ended in August 2007. Since then I have worked on behalf of a medium sized engineering company who are currently number one in Google for their most searched for, product-based and highly competitive search phrase and are on the first page for a number of other key phrases. I have recently successfully resolved a number of key database problems and implemented an online payment system for a business networking organisation based in the South West.
